ISBN-13 numbers do not work with AmazonContent.  Koha appears to send only the
first number in the ISBN field (the 020 field).  According to cataloging rules,
that's the ISBN-13, which means that the majority of MARC records aren't able
to use AmazonContent.  If there are multiple entries in the 020, Koha needs to
send both entries-- or at least, the ISBN-10, which is what actually works with
Amazon.
