When viewing a record in the Koha OPAC that has leader7 set to 'i' it says it's
a serial.  Integrating resources are not necessarily serials.

"Integrating resource. A bibliographic resource that is added to or changed by
means of updates that do not remain discrete and are integrated into the whole.
Integrating resources may be finite or continuing. Examples include: Updating
loose-leafs and updating Web sites."

This is the line that is causing the problem.
