idea proposed would be to get item data out of Marcxml in biblioitems.
Problem it raises :
how to index the item data along with the bibliodata.

It would solve the problem of data XML/items table synchronization.

afaik Tumer solved that problem.
he had 3 databases : one for biblio, one for biblioitem, one for items, iirc.
