When you edit a guarantee patron record, there is a Guarantor Information
section. The very first field is the Patron# where the Koha borrower number
appears as a link. If you click on this borrower number, you get an error
message "This patron does not exist". It appears as if the system is doing a
library card number search instead of a borrower number search.

This problem was reported by a client.
