If you do an advanced search in the staff client and search on only the limit
of language = Spanish, the system returns Russian records (i.e. the system
pulls up records with 041$h=rus)

and search on language=Spanish (which is right above Russian)

Isn't this limit built on either 008 pos35-38 and/or 041$a? In the cases above,
the value in these records is eng not spa? (Not to confuse the matter)
