Koha does not seem to be indexing see authorities contained as 4xx headings in
an authority record. See example on Carthage
http://carthage-staff.kohalibrary.com/cgi-bin/koha/authorities/authorities-home.pl?op=do_search&type=intranet&marclist=mainmainentry&operator=contains&value=single+women&orderby=HeadingAsc

This search on Single women shows that there are two see headings in this
authority - Spinsters and Unmarried women.  If you try to search on either term
you get no results.
