I've just done some tweaks to the interface for catalogue/issuehistory.pl, and
I find that the "issuing library" column (now "circulating library") comes up
blank each time. The template variable is <!-- TMPL_IF NAME="issuingbranch"
-->.

The preceding column is labelled simply "Library," which is ambiguous. The
template variable is <!-- TMPL_IF NAME="branchcode" -->. Is that the item's
home branch? Holding branch?
