To make the fonts smaller is juts a workaround IMHO because it would not look
so good to have different sized text parts, and it would diminish the
legibility too.
But if the code with «Auto» below is used to make the content autofit, then I
think that should be the standard.
I will try it out later, but would it not be easier if not every user has to
repeat making the same adjustments? A central solution would prevent that.
Of course we could make our own css or templates, but then, how should the user
know that when the change language they have to change the stylesheets too? 
And what about multi language environments?
I do not think this is just a problem for Norwegian, because there are many
different languages out there, so a solution with better scalability would be
to prefer, if possible.
