Yes, in the testing that I have done it will find the book based on the 13
digit ISBN or 10 digit ISBN no matter which is cataloged first. 

Please let me know if you find anything different when testing this. At the
moment you will only be able to tell by checking reviews, editorial reviews, or
similar items.

I am working on an additional patch that will use this patch to pull cover art
as well.
