admin, marc bibliographic framework,select any framework other than default,
click marc structure, then select any tag to delete.  If you select yes to
delete it brings you back to the marc framework you had chosen to edit - if you
select 'no, don't delete' it takes you back to the same screen but the marc
framework has changed to the default.  If you didn't notice this, you could be
deleting tags that you really don't want to delete.
