When attempting to create a label batch, it appears that a batch is in
existence already. When attempting to add items to this batch, one finds that
the item add search does not find any items. It is also impossible to delete
the existing batch. This appears to be a regression as the label create
function did work at some point in time in the past. (maybe around ver .035 or
so.)
