It would be nice on the circulation screen to allow editing of holds on this
screen like the details screen.

also, putting a simple link somewhere on the circ screen & the patron details
page to jump down to the fines/checked-out/holds section would make sense, as
staff is going to be going there all the time.

Perhaps  fines/checked-out/holds should be it's own tab on the LEFT along with 
check-out
fines
details
modification log

since it is a primary tool for modifying the patron record and has less to do
with the details of the patron's profile.
