Staging a record for import based on ISBN match seems to have a small bug. In a
test of this on ISLC's beta db an incoming record with a 13 digit ISBN is not
matched to a record in the database with an identical 13 digit ISBN (Title =
The Mission Song, ISBN = 9780316016742 (fyi both records have the identical 10
digit ISBN in them as well) You can see the record in the 'Manage Staged
Records' list under Tools .. #19.
