It would be greatly beneficial to allow patron account entires to be edited
when errors are typed. Often staff can mistype or type a !@#%@# character in
the patron account (money) section. When this happens it can cause problems
when the original numbers cannot be fixed, repaired or deleted. A password
could be requested for such an operation for an administrator to come to the
circ terminal in order to fix a staff error.
