so, to clarify a bit more..

the 'cities' drop-box during the add-user screen is  filled will all cites
a city is selected from the dropbox, and the zipcode field is auto-filled too

the CITY and ZIPCODE values are passed to memberentry.pl

so, there's now no need for memberentry.pl to do a getzipnamecity() call
as it already has those 2 values from the previous template
