When working with the News tool, the label 'Language' is misleading.  You use
this field to decide where to show the news (OPAC or Staff Client) - it should
be labeled as such.  Along those lines, when you view the news that has been
posted you see that the Language is either Koha or en - which doesn't match the
pull down.  We should be consistent if nothing else.
