If you click the RSS icon in the address bar in Firefox when on a search
results page you get this error:

Cannot open file rss/O4fJfRXo6xHlGqJemldw6Q for write: Permission denied at
/home/nce/koha/opac/cgi-bin/opac/opac-rss.pl line 159

I tested this on two demo installs (mine and Ryan's) and it happens with both.
