Call number display is working now everywhere in the OPAC except on the search
results page. Call numbers display appropriately if OPACItemsResultsDisplay is
set to 'itemdetails,' if the OPAC is displaying statuses only, it's not clear
what should display. cn_item + cn_item + cn_suffix? Can one assume that if a
library has chosen to set OPACItemsResultsDisplay to 'statuses' that they would
also choose to have a bib-level call number display?
