the problem seem not to appear every time.

It does not appear on Opera but it appear on Firefox/linux for me.

When it appears, the "library" line (the 1st on the form to create a closed
day) is empty (where is should contain the library code)

I have the problem as superlibrarian as well as as standard librarian
