The bug 'Admin interface must not require javascript' is not a bug, it's a
principle ... and yes, we do code to that standard, so if you have a specific
example of a feature that doesn't work in a non-javascript browser, it's valid
to post a bug report about it, just like the original example that was posted
(now fixed). I don't think it makes sense to hold a bug report open because we
'suspect' that something might not conform to this principle.

Just to claify, the web installer does NOT require javascript to do any
installation, including a non-trivial one. Javascript is used for display
purposes only.
