I created an SQL report with the same query.  Then when I went to run it at
http://staff-atz.dev.kohalibrary.com/cgi-bin/koha/reports/guided_reports.pl?reports=2&phase=Run%20this%20report

I get CGI::Carp saying:
Software error
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/atz/koha/production/intranet/modules/C4/Reports.pm line 346.
