This problem will only arise if all of the following are true:

1. the user's monitor resolution is very low
2. the user's framework has a LOT of mandatory fields which aren't filled in
3. the user doesn't know to hit the escape key or (in Windows at least), click
the X in the upper right-hand corner of the javascript dialog.
