I have problems with UNIMARC records rss encoding.
matière in title is mistakenly converted from marc8 to utf8 by
MARC::File::USMARC::Decode.
My bet is that it is because marcrecord encoding is not utf-8 according to
MARC::Record. MARC::Record has no marcflavour indicator and leaders in UNIMARC
and MARC21 are different.
