Improved, inasmuch as the correct outstanding balance is concerned. But the
interface is nonsensical: It lists the first fine as being unpaid, even though
there is an credit on the account. And even though there is a credit on the
account, I can still choose "Paid" from the dropdown to "pay" the fines, ending
up with /more/ credit on the account! Could we just hide the payment option if
there's a credit on the account, or is there some reason for it?
