Try to enter a new Adult patron with an appropriate birthdate.  Page returns
with:

The following fields are wrong. Please fix them.
    * Patron's age is incorrect for their category. Ages allowed are 18 to 0.

Scroll back down to category and it is "Juvenile", as the error message
suggests.  For whatever reason, we aren't catching the category.
