Would be nice if whereever possible the system preference choices are not free
text fields. For example with "printcirculationslips", the Admin is presented
with an input field for which the appropriate response is either 0 for off or 1
for on. 

Would be better to provide a selection to choose from (either radio button or
drop down) so the choice is clearer.
