Russ and I have been setting up a new simple framework.

the hidden values seem to not be working

when creating a new subfield, and giving it a hidden value of '' or  '0' (or
anything), we cannot get any the subfield to show in the marc-editor view

i suspect (but havent tested) that the other 'hidden' modes may be glitchy
