Running Koha 2.2.8 on Windows XP (ActivePerl 5.8.8 build 822 and MySQL 5.0.45).
I am able to add biblio records normally, however I am unable to add patrons.

When the details of a member are added and saved, I am redirected to
.../moremember.pl?bornum=0 where the membership record fields are entirely
blank, with the exception of "postal address", "home address" and "joined",
each of which only contain a comma. 

The record is also not saved.
