OPAC Reading History ('my reading history') has a single tab labelled 'Showing
All Items' but only shows the last 50 items. 

Selecting a 'sort by' link (title, author, date) only returns the first 50
items of the sort. 

Selecting title causes the title heading/link to disappear. 
Selecting date causes the date heading to remain but the hyperlink to
disappear.
Selecting author behaves as expected (heading/link both remain)
