I did a couple of "dev" installs before I realized that the scripts intended to
control zebra were not getting converted by make:

./blib/SCRIPT_DIR/koha-zebra-ctl.sh
./blib/SCRIPT_DIR/koha-zebraqueue-ctl.sh
./misc/bin/koha-zebra-ctl.sh
./misc/bin/koha-zebraqueue-ctl.sh

A diff comparison between each pair of files shows no differeces.  Mainly, this
means that variables like __KOHA_USER__ are not replaced.
