1) Home › Administration › System Preferences > noItemTypeImages has no
effect (IE, Firefox, Staff, Opac)

2) Koha search box is inconsistent. On some pages/tabs the search button is
bigger than it should be. On others it's on the second line. (IE, Firefox,
Staff)

3) The Koha logo on the advanced search page isn't within the blue bar at the
top. (IE, Opac)

4) Advanced search 'Only items currently available' in 'Location and
availability' should be on line below not the same line as the combo box.
