There was a recent commit to enable a language picker for the OPAC, but it
doesn't work for me. Even after taking out the line in opac-main.pl which turns
off opac language display:

Line 66: opaclanguagesdisplay => 0,

...the markup which should display the available languages is empty:

        <ul></ul>
</div>
