Patches have been submitted by Owen to fix the problem. However patch doesn't
include 'missing size="40"' for some of the input boxes. Which results in some
'tabs' having longer text boxes than others. (Firefox)

This only happens when Home › Administration › System Preferences ->
CircAutocompl is turned On and only on pages that have Checkin/Checkout search.
