Debra mentioned to me in IRC yesterday that she would like to improve the email
notifications that patrons receive when they have overdue notices from the
misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl program. That program substitutes in for the
<<items.content>> tag, one line for each overdue item. The lines are not
currently separated by a line break. They probably should be.
