If no fund is selected on acqui/neworderempty.pl, the following error is
thrown:

addorder.pl: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Column 'bookfundid' cannot be null
at /home/crn/koha/dev/C4/Acquisition.pm line 462

There probably should be either some verification of required fields or a
default selection applied
