When adding or editing an item record that does not have a value set for the
Source of Classification field ($2)the system is defaulting to the ASNCR code
(Alpha Numeric System for Classification of Recording) instead of the blank or
default. What is happening is if staff do not notice that this is the case and
save the item, the ANSCR code is saved (which may not be correct and therefore
may corrupt the data)
