In opac-advsearch.tmpl, <!--TMPL_VAR Name="imageurl" --> should point to the
item type image used with the "Limit type to" checkboxes. This is coming
through to the template as (for example):

/opac-tmpl/prog/itemtypeimg/npl/npl/Biography.gif

When it should be:

/opac-tmpl/prog/itemtypeimg/npl/Biography.gif
