In MARC Framework management, adding a tag isn't possible anymore 
after a tag search for:

  1. Administration > MARC Frameworks > Default framework.
  2. Search for tag : 600 [Search]
  3. Click on New Tag button.
     => A page 'Modify tag 600' appears.
     => It should be the 'Add tag' page.
