The output in the shell when doing the steps of Koha 3, 3.00.00-stableRC1, step
7.


sudo a2ensite koha && /etc/init.d/apache2 reload
This site is already enabled!
apache2: Syntax error on line 298 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Syntax error on
line 22 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/koha: Expected
</cql2rpn>/etc/koha/zebradb/pqf.properties</cql2rpn> but saw </server>
open: Permission denied
   ...fail!

For me it seems the comments are getting understood by the apache2 like actual
code.
