On the Home>Cataloguing page cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbooks.pl there is a
button labeled "New Record". 
If I click on this button nothing happens - however the hover over label says
that the menu is expanded.

This is Koha 3.0 beta on Ubuntu viewed directly from the server, and my Mac
(10.5.2) and also a nearby windows machine - so I'd infer a server side thing.
