When editing an authorised value, system answer that it is unable to create
this authorised value. because it already exists.

It lacks id and duplicate entry should not be raised if there is only one
authorised value with this code....
Problem is : if code is changed and it is already in database.... Then the code
will be duplicated.

+ Bug if imageurl is empty.
