In our catalog (DevWeek/Zoom) if one searches on PERSONAL NAME  
saums
we get an error. 

In the MySQL database we have several Saums records and at least 2 are an exact
copy. The duplicate may be jamming up the search/indexing/editing. We get the
500 error on this.
