The Google Jackets script is designed to function based on an element's unique
id--in this case, the ISBN. But if you display the shelf browser on
opac-detail.pl, you end up with two <div>s with the same ISBN: the cover in the
main body of the page, and the cover in the shelf browser. The script fails to
properly handle the duplicate. The same problem can occur if there are
duplicate titles/isbns in the results of the shelf browser, i.e. two identical
copies of a book on the shelf.
