Summary: LabelMARCView doesn't distinguish between economical and
                    standard views
           Product: Koha
           Version: rel_3_0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: MARC Bibliographic data support
        AssignedTo: galen.charlton at liblime.com
        ReportedBy: jmf at liblime.com
         QAContact: koha-bugs at lists.koha.org

In the expanded label views of MARC data in OPAC and Staff Clients, this
syspref used to specify whether to list repeated fields within a single or
multiple fields. For instance:

650 $a Cats
650 $a Dogs

would display as:

650
$a Cats
$a Dogs

In the Economical view, but according to the standard if 'standard' were set.

Currently, the Economical view is the default (which makes it look like data is
corrupted in Koha) -- the standard view doesn't display any differently.
