I'm looking for the ability to delete the value in the field and then assign a
new value - auth values aren't always required - in fact in the catalog I was
testing it wasn't required to use an authorized value and so I couldn't erase
the subject heading in the field and type a new one.  Basically, I need to be
able to edit all fields in the MARC record.
