mmm... we will have to speak of IndependantBranches later, but I disagree with
what tina requests.
For us, IndependantBranches does not mean books can't be reserved and
transfered.
It just means that the books are managed by the branch owning them only.

later, we will have to improve the IndependantBranches feature by splitting it
in more granular permissions.
