It's a little confusing, because 'claims' and 'check expiration' are not
subscription-specific--you don't have to pass a subscription id to those pages
to retrieve information. 'Edit routing list' and 'serial collection' both refer
to specific subscriptions, and can only appear if you're working with a
particular subscription.

The serial collection page can list multiple subscriptions for a single
bibliographic record, so I've added the routing list link to the table of
information that displays for each subscription.
