Summary: Transfer Reports Not Showing Results
           Product: Koha
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: Circulation
        AssignedTo: galen.charlton at liblime.com
        ReportedBy: nicole.engard at liblime.com
         QAContact: koha-bugs at lists.koha.org

My Transfer Reports both had information in them (to do and to receive), they
are now both empty. So I checked in a few items that were on hold and both
reports are still empty.

Per Chat:
<nengard> how does this setting: TransfersMaxDaysWarning warn the librarians?
 <nengard> email?
 <gmcharlt> nengard: no - it's via the transferstoreceive.pl report
<nengard> gmcharlt - what does it do? show that there's a problem?
<gmcharlt> nengard: yes, via a "check this transfer" warning on the report
<nengard> gmcharlt okay - is there a reason that transfers would disappear
from transferstodo.pl?
<nengard> I thought it was cause of this setting - but apparently ont
 <nengard> not
<gmcharlt> nengard: no, AFAICTATM they should drop off only when the transfer
is completed and the item is checked in
<nengard> okay - for some reason my reports are empy and they weren't before
 <nengard> ....
<nengard> gmcharlt is there a cron associated with this? or a reindexing? I
checked in 2 items that were on hold and then clicked the transfer button after
checkin
<nengard> and my reports are still blank?
<nengard> just want to make sure it's my system and not a bug
<nengard> or report the bug if it is one
<gmcharlt> nengard: go ahead and file as bug - there's no cron job associated
with that report
