my HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE string contains : "fr-fr,fr;q=0.8,en;q=0.5,en-us;q=0.3"
if I read correctly the themelanguage sub, it's supposed to return me the
french interface by default.
it's not the case, and the regex_lang_subtags returns nothing, defaulting to
english.
I suspect a problem between fr-fr and fr-FR (maybe i'm wrong)

under konqueror, I have only "fr, en" in HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE, and have the
same problem
under Opera, I get : "fr-FR,fr;q=0.9,en;q=0.8" (and still the same problem)
