This bug affects system with the 'AdvancedSearchTypes' system pref set to
'ccode.' On the OPAC and staff client's advanced search page, ccodes are listed
in seemingly random order. It appears to be in order by authorised_value.id?
They should be ordered by authorised_value.lib.
